Description
Description: Medium bodied. Crimson red in colour with an elegant nose of summer fruits with hints of raspberry and toast. Full-bodied on the palate, with blackberry and plum flavours and hints of clove and very juicy tannins.
Grapes: 100% Shiraz.
Food Pairings: Roasted or barbequed red meats, stews and casseroles. Tomato based dishes.
